The place was even better in person than in the pictures. Lots of space and an amazing layout. <br/>Had everything we needed. Very happy with this stay.

We had a lovely stay at Kendra’s home. Perfect location, just a two-minute walk to Broadway with great coffee shops and restaurants, and central for getting everywhere we went in Denver. Highly recommend to anyone considering booking here.

The perfect house in Golden!! The location can’t be beat. The house is clean and very well stocked with anything you might need. We travel to the area a couple times a year and will definitely stay again!

We spent 3 nights here and overall really enjoyed our stay. It was cozy and very clean. Being an older home, it had a few quirks like light switches that were in odd places. Certainly not the end of the world though. The beds were comfy, the home temp was good, and there was no shortage of hot water for showers.  We enjoyed a few of the local restaurants that were in walking distance. <br/>One thing that wasn’t mentioned in other reviews that surprised me was the nearby train that seemed to only blow its horn between 11 pm and 6 am. Having grown up near train tracks, I was fine after the first night. My kids, however, didn’t cope as well. If you or anyone in your group is a light sleeper, you may want to bring ear plugs or a sound machine to help with that. <br/>Kendra was a great host and super responsive to our questions. :-)

Visited Colorado with my daughter and we stayed at Kendra’s place. We found it to be very cozy and the perfect home away from home. When we first walked in we were pleased with how cutely it was decorated and it smelled great! The bed was AMAZING!!!! Didn’t want to get out once I got in it . Had no problems at all with our over a week stay and will stay again when I come back to Denver. <br/>Pros - clean , no weird smells , safe and comfortable <br/>Cons- only one and that is no TV in bedroom.

I had to book last minute and kendra's place was super easy to reserve. It was a great private retreat and tons of space. The hot tub was on and ready for me when I showed up and it was the perfect place to stop and relax while reading my book. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting a quiet spot to stay in Arvada. This would also make the perfect couples retreat as there are several accommodations fit for two!

This was an absolute awesome place to stay!! Kendra was so helpful with everything we contacted her about she was very responsive and such a joy to communicate with!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a stress free environment and an absolute pleasure of a host! Quite spacious. Safe neighborhood. Responsive hosts. Only slight bummer was that the central cooling/heater would only blow hot air, not cold. But overall very happy with the stay. Thanks.

The stay was very lovely ! Felt right at home only issue was downstairs gets very hot other than that everything was great ! Kendra was very nice and welcoming ! I will definitely book again
