“It is true to the Micro Studio name but has everything you need to make a home base while you explore Old Town Arvada! It’s nice to be able to take the trains from DIA all the way to within a few blocks of this stay and then everything else you could need is within walking distance!”

“Can’t say enough great things about this place. It’s amazing. Huge bathroom with a jetted tub, king size bed(if it’s too firm it’s actually an adjustable sleep number), tv with a couple couches. The kitchenette is a great addition too. We didn’t want to leave this place, and even ended up staying an extra day. Right outside you will find the hot tub too. The backyard is very nice with great space and while this is a guest apartment, we always felt we had privacy which was great. It’s located a perfect distance from Denver and we were within 20 minutes of most places we wanted to go. Kendra was a great host too, responsive and even did a few things she didn’t really have to, that made our stay just a tiny bit better. Extremely accommodating. We already want to come back and because the outdoors of Colorado are so amazing that you can’t do it all in one go. It was also the perfect stay for a couple too. One of the best AirBnB’s I’ve had the pleasure of staying!”

“We enjoyed our stay at this charming home located on a quiet street, while still being just a short walk from the activity and restaurants on Broadway. The house has a great layout, a well-equipped kitchen, a nice backyard, and a cute office space that was perfect for getting some work done. The home also offers three full bathrooms, which was very convenient for our group. Upstairs, there are two bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a tub but no shower—and there is an additional full bathroom with a shower downstairs. We visited in early June. The downstairs air conditioning worked very well and kept that area cool and comfortable. However, one of the upstairs bedrooms did not have air conditioning, making it very warm and difficult to sleep in. The other two upstairs bedrooms were comfortable as long as the doors were left open to allow air to circulate. Overall, this is a lovely home in a great location with many positive features.”
