“Easy to find and the host communicated quickly and clearly. The unit was clean, spacious, and well set up — kitchen had the essentials, plenty of storage, and convenient in-unit laundry. Location is practical, close to Walmart, fast food, convenience stores, and Empower Field. A couple of heads-ups: Heating is controlled by a boiler system (noted in the listing, which I missed). It stayed around 68° and I ended up buying space heaters. Also, parking was tricky — a resident left a note on my car about being in a reserved spot. Spots #8, #10, and #11 are for the Airbnb, but the note made for a rough start. Neighborhood feels a bit rough, but the convenience and clean unit made it workable. Would stay again knowing the heating and parking quirks upfront.”
