A good little affordable spot! I had an issue with my room not being cleaned when I checked in, but the host quickly sent over a cleaner and refunded the cleaning fee to make up for it. Other than that everything went smoothly and the location was great.

We loved our stay in this home. It's beautifully laid out. Very clean and within a couple minute walk to downtown and dozens of things golden offers. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and made our stay fantastic. While there we had friends over. We were able to host family and friends in the beautiful private backyard and in the house with use of the well-equipt kitchen and outdoor grill. I highly recommend this home.

We spent 3 nights here and overall really enjoyed our stay. It was cozy and very clean. Being an older home, it had a few quirks like light switches that were in odd places. Certainly not the end of the world though. The beds were comfy, the home temp was good, and there was no shortage of hot water for showers.  We enjoyed a few of the local restaurants that were in walking distance. <br/>One thing that wasn’t mentioned in other reviews that surprised me was the nearby train that seemed to only blow its horn between 11 pm and 6 am. Having grown up near train tracks, I was fine after the first night. My kids, however, didn’t cope as well. If you or anyone in your group is a light sleeper, you may want to bring ear plugs or a sound machine to help with that. <br/>Kendra was a great host and super responsive to our questions. :-)

We had a lovely stay at Kendra’s home. Perfect location, just a two-minute walk to Broadway with great coffee shops and restaurants, and central for getting everywhere we went in Denver. Highly recommend to anyone considering booking here.

Visited Colorado with my daughter and we stayed at Kendra’s place. We found it to be very cozy and the perfect home away from home. When we first walked in we were pleased with how cutely it was decorated and it smelled great! The bed was AMAZING!!!! Didn’t want to get out once I got in it . Had no problems at all with our over a week stay and will stay again when I come back to Denver. <br/>Pros - clean , no weird smells , safe and comfortable <br/>Cons- only one and that is no TV in bedroom.

I had to book last minute and kendra's place was super easy to reserve. It was a great private retreat and tons of space. The hot tub was on and ready for me when I showed up and it was the perfect place to stop and relax while reading my book. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting a quiet spot to stay in Arvada. This would also make the perfect couples retreat as there are several accommodations fit for two!
